Every Architeg Wear item is made to order. Here’s what to expect from checkout to delivery.
Production time
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Production time is separate from shipping time. To estimate when your order will arrive, add the production time to the delivery estimate below.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times
The following estimates begin after your order has shipped:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Other destinations, including Canada: 10–22 business days
These estimates exclude the 2–5 business days needed for production.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, busy periods, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Shipping costs
Apparel shipping costs $9.50 USD for the first item, plus $5.50 USD for each additional item, for US and international orders.
Your shipping total is displayed at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Shipping protection
Orders include shipping protection at no additional charge for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
If something goes wrong, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. For damaged deliveries, please keep the packaging and send photographs of the damage if possible.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check with your household, neighbours, building reception, or local delivery office, then contact us promptly.
Customs and import charges
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are explicitly included at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility.
Customs processing may also extend delivery times.
Delivery addresses and returned packages
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout or because it was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable in these circumstances, subject to applicable consumer rights.
If the delivery problem was caused by us, we’ll resolve it at no additional cost to you.
Packaging
Clothing is carefully folded and shipped in protective, neutral packaging. Gift wrapping and gift messages are currently unavailable.
